In Restaurant 'TgeregT we serve 'Brood van Menno' (Menno's bread). Real bread, made of stone-ground organic flour from France, water and salt from the Guérande.
The bakers of 'Menno's Bread' work wherever possible with organic ingredients, without artificial colors and flavorings or other chemical tricks. But it's not just about organic. The bakery operates entirely on green energy and everything is as sustainable as possible, from the bakery ovens to the buses that transport the bread to our restaurant!
Our meat is organic. This means that the meat only comes from farms who work according to organic farming standards. These standards are based on preserving the environment, nature, landscape and animal welfare.
Our fish is responsibly chosen according to the VISwijzer. In Restaurant 'TgeregT we only choose species that are known to be caught sustainably.
